Coverage Period: Our Money Back Guarantee is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Guarantee Details: If, within the one-year coverage period, any of our stickers cause damage to a surface despite proper application, we will provide a full refund excluding any postage costs.
Claim Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@tadhkir.co.uk with the subject line "MBG - Order #[Your Order Number]."
- In the body of the email, provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Attach clear pictures of the damaged surface and the sticker in question.
Refund Exclusions:
- Tadhkir will not be responsible for damages caused by improper application, misuse, or any other factors beyond our control.
- Postage costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be processed for the damaged sticker rather than the whole order.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the refund request, our customer support team will review the provided information and images. If the claim is valid and falls within the one-year coverage period, a full refund (excluding postage costs) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
