Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at support@tadhkir.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return authorisation.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We would highly recommend returning your item with a trackable delivery method. Any returns deemed lost or damaged during transit will be the customers responsibility and a refund will not be issued.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a 5 working days.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@tadhkir.co.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@tadhkir.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
