1. How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. What is your shipping policy?
Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery on all orders, with a £10 minimum spend requirement.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).
- Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery typically takes 2 days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the Royal Mail website for any service alerts or updates on potential delays.
